Hong Kong rang in 2019 with a stunning showcase of fireworks, which lit up the Victoria Harbour night sky to the hefty tune of HK$14 million. From&nbsp;Causeway Bay and Lan Kwai Fong to Tsim Sha Tsui, fireworks weren&#8217;t the only thing to brighten up the city. Hong Kong&#8217;s A-listers were equally dressed to impress, donning the haute couturest of gowns and suavest of suits to celebrate New Year&#8217;s Eve in sumptuous style.
