Upcoming Centrestage 2018 will spotlight top Asian fashion designers
Centrestage 2018, Hong Kong’ premier fashion event, is all set to kick off its third edition in just two short weeks. The four-day showcase, which has already garnered critical acclaim and a legion of fans over the past two years, is the perfect opportunity for the city’s multitude of fashionistas to get a glimpse at what Asia’s top fashion designers have been cooking in the past twelve months.
To that effect, the first night of Centrestage 2018 will kick off with a runway show spotlighting the latest collections from three renowned Asian brands – award-wining Japanese streetwear label FACETASM by Hiromichi Ochiai, home-grown womenswear brand IDISM, and Chinese luxury female apparel label MS MIN.
In total, over 230 fashion houses from across the globe will participate in Centrestage 2018, which runs 5-8 September, presenting 40 separate events and more than 20 individual fashion shows. Other highlights include a series of industry-related seminars and talks, and the culmination of the HK Young Fashion Designers’ Contest 2018.
