Razer, the Singaporean-American brand that specialises in computer hardware for gamers, has a fervent fan base. More than 1,000 people attended the recent grand opening of Razer’s first store in Hong Kong, located in Causeway Bay. Considering the turnout, the hype surrounding one of Razer’s latest products, the Blade Stealth laptop, is no surprise.

The upgraded 13.3-inch version of the original Blade Stealth, which was released last year, features a larger Quad HD+ touch display. It not only improves the laptop’s appearance, but also allows for wide viewing angles of up to 178 degrees, high-colour saturation and striking clarity.

It’s not just for gamers, either. The laptop is easily portable due to its ultra-thin width (0.52 inches) and low weight (2.93 pounds), making it appealing to professionals on the go. Better yet, the battery lasts up to nine hours, so it’s suitable for all-day work – or play – sessions.

The Blade Stealth comes with Windows 10 and a 7th generation Intel Core i7 processor for high-speed performance. It also allows for 16GB of dual-channel memory. It’s available in two colours: gunmetal grey or black, the latter of which comes with a backlit rainbow-coloured keyboard. The lighting effects can be customised, and users have 16.8 million colour options to choose from. This computer promises to get the job done, whether it’s responding to work emails or racking up one’s zombie kill count.
